Porsche 917K 1:8 scale by Javan Smith

This is a large scale, hand built 'kerbside' model of the famous Le Mans winning Porsche 917. Available here in the Gulf livery of the #20 car as featured in the iconic film Le Mans starring Steve McQueen. The car was actually entered as a test car for the 1970 Le Mans 24 hour race to get footage for the film.

This is an early Javan Smith model, Approx. 2002 and very rarely come up for sale.

The model sits on an oak wooden base with the makers plaque and a 'Porsche 917K' plaque. The models has a perspex cover.

This model is now sold but a brand new one can be built to order for you please enquire.
