This is a limited edition of only 1000 models of the Long Nosed version of the Lancia/Ferrari D50 as raced by Peter Collins and Juan Fangio in the German Grand Prix at the Nurbergring in August 1956. This was the only race the Long Nose ever raced, as the following race the front of the car was returned to the standard version.
