Amalgam 1:8 scale Maserati 250F

Fangio – Winner Nurburgring 1957 – SOLD similar required

This is a fabulous 1:8 large scale model by the high end model makers Amalgam, of the Maserati 250F as driven by Juan Manuel Fangio to vistory at the Nurburgring in the 1957 German Grand Prix. The 22 lap race, considered to be one of Fangio's greatest victories, beat Mike Hawthorn and Peter Collins in the Ferrari's and Stirling Moss in his Vanwall.

This is an exact copy in every detail of that car. It was built in the UK before Amalgam moved its model making to China. The model sits on a its original stylish wooden plinth with a black base with plaques detailing the model and the limited edition number 34/50 and is covered by a perspex case. It also comes with the Certificate of Authenticity from Amalgam. This is a very rare model and not to be missed.
