The attention to detail is incredible and is an exact scale copy of the original. With festidious research and scanning of the original car done by Amalgam in full co-operation and scrutiny from Jaguar cars. The model sits on the Amalgam, leather covered display plinth with plaques detailing the car and comes with the original perspex cover. Only 3 of this model were originall made, all for Jaguar Cars and not available for the public to buy. This particular model has a lightly weathered finish to look as it would have after the race. There are five new models of this car due to be built by Amalgam at a cost of over £13,000 each, so the model available here offers a significant saving on that price.
This is a truly stunning model, measuring approx. 55cms in length and 70cms including the case. A wonderful addition to any model collection or as a stand alone centre piece. The finest model of this car available anywhere in the world.
