1:12 scale 1956 Ferrari/Lancia D50. Winner Belgian Grand Prix, Spa 1956 Peter Collins. Made by Midland Racing Models in diecast metal.
Fabulous model of the unique Lancia/Ferrari D50 with it's side fuel tanks. With removable bonnet and rear clam to reveal the engine. Fully detailed cockpit. The model measures 30cms and sits on a black base with silver edging, raised plaque detailing the model and a perspex cover. Overall size 45 x 30 x 15 cms.
Peter Collins won the 1956 Belgian Grand Prix in 2 hours 40 minutes, completing 36 Laps after qualifying 3rd.
A pre owned model in excellent condition, rarely come up for sale.
